It was looking like the axis of heavy rain would push east of here, but it's stuck now, with lots of intense elements now developing again west and southwest of DC. Now a 3rd Water Rescue in Brooklyn Park and sounds like a 4th incident with people trapped in the water at the Airport. 5 Water Rescues so far: 2 in Linthicum 1 in Brooklyn park 1 at BWI Airport 1 in Severn All occurring at this time.
