I wish that public agencies wouldn't take to posting stuff on commercial sites that not everyone has access to. At least post it to your own site first. Yeah, it looks spotty though with the dryslot working in. Thought I would be good for at least an inch. We'll see..it only takes a brief downpour to drop a half an inch. Funny how that RI rain just failed and hit a wall NE of PVD.

moneypitmike
Several rumbles of thunder in the last hour up here. FF warning is up here until 6:00, but unless things redevelop, it looks to be pretty much done here. East of here looks to continue to pick up some more. 60.1/59 1.41"
TalcottWx
But in reference to my previous post, I bet theres going to be spotty, more interesting cells as the low approaches from our southwest. Won't be anything like what the Mid Atlantic saw.
moneypitmike
This might be the first summer ever lawns went dormant in Early August, man o man. ?? Cool temps and ample rain up here has the grass growing like there's no tomorrow. You could rationalize mow every 5-6 days up here this summer if you had lawn OCD. I (like others) don't have access to Twitter at work. Why is it so hard to copy and paste 125 characters rather than the URL? Besides, they have a Website and should post things there as well. I won't get into the commercialization aspect...that's too far OT.

People shouldn't have to jumble devices to get something that either: a. could have been posted to the NWS Website b. posted by the original poster Instead of having to rely on a link.
