The outlook discussion is laid out within the outlook (they give rationale as to the percentage changes) - separately from any mesoscale discos that may be posted. Also, getting the sun to come back out at this point is probably not going to do a ton of good. We've had peak heating already - we have to work with what we have now in terms of instab.
