NAM is a DC split and/or delayed...I have my own reasons why I don't want this to occur, but not trying to rain on anyone's parade...I know you guys are rooting for this...

They're issued when needed, and once a watch is issued they issue one for a watch update.

The outlook discussion is laid out within the outlook (they give rationale as to the percentage changes) - separately from any mesoscale discos that may be posted.

With cells starting to fire in SC Pa, I would assume, one (MD's) will be posted in near future.

I guess we hope the N WV and SE OH storms can get here. This is really boring lol. Just a usual Sunday in July. 

Also, getting the sun to come back out at this point is probably not going to do a ton of good. We've had peak heating already - we have to work with what we have now in terms of instab.
