Ended up with 1.61" out of last nights event. Storms had epic lightning for sure. Never has there been a summer like this...storms just cant past Worcester.

Uhhhh.. I must disagree.. it happens almost the majority of every summer.

just the way it is. We need sw to nw winds to get anything. At the same time that downslopes us. Anywhere se of HVN-TOL-ORH-LWM is just awful for severe storms. Our high shear days feature s winds that inhibit us from getting anything good. Takes a unique setup to produce.

Sunday is capped and sunny all day in SNE. If there's a chance at storms it's Monday. 

 

Once again we may be too far east but looms like there will be some storms off to our west but they could work into SNE late in the day or maybe even see further development.  

 

Monday doesn't look really great...shear is pathetic and lapse rates might be worse (NAM is horrid) and there is a quite a bit of dry air aloft, in fact, depending on degree of mixing I wouldn't be shocked if dews ticked down a bit as the day progressed.
