CoastalWx
EXPECT MOST OF THE ACTIVITY TO BE ACROSS THE INTERIOR WHERE THE HEATING OCCURS IN THE COLD POOL...THOUGH SOME MIGHT REACH THE COAST BEFORE WEAKENING. . Well I guess the mesos are all wrong. Stupid argument. Everyone has a chance anyways. It's not the widespread carnage you make it out to be. CoastalWx
Well I remember some poster posted it was only for the mountains Yep and now it's much farther east as a s/w pivots south. I would also favor mtns too given orographics. I felt my thoughts for today were good.

weatherwiz
I really like portions of southern CT into RI and far SE MA tomorrow...where ever that sea breeze boundary sets up is where the most action will be
moneypitmike
Congrats to you in the eastern areas--fun times in store for you. Hopefully, we folks away from that area can still cash in on a storm. I need to drive to a meeting in Paxton this afternoon. I'm not sure if that would be ftw or ftl. I much prefer weather from the comfort of home. But, looks like most of the fun weather will be from that area east.
CoastalWx
Probably one of those deals where most stuff is your typical ULL type storms..but one or two cells could reach SVR limits.

CoastalWx
Probably similar areas today could get hit like yesterday. Although, I'd put in NH as well...down into NE MA. Pretty much AWT from yesterday more or less. Region wide threat with emphasis ORH-PVD on north and east. Extend that to maybe LEB-MVL area. tamarack
We banged 3 times At least 3 TS (my wife said it thundered off and on all afternoon) between 1-6:30 PM, but we got just the fringes of each, grand total of 0.09". Two towns south: 0.63", two towns east: 1.05". Mon-Tues strong storms just to the north, yesterday they were just to the south. Nice cool morning without the dense fog of earlier in the week, low near 50.

Yeah, There was some continuous thunder as we were hit with one grazed by another and a near miss on the 3rd one, Did not dump the out the gauge but at quick glance it looked 0.50"+ in there, All and all a pretty wet cool summer here

One more day of this and then we look to dry out some, Looks like it has been feast or famine in the region this year on these type of days, The rich get richer but in this case, I would rather see it in winter

Yeah, Good luck Scott, By the looks of things, You have a good shot i think as well as it looks like i will be dealing with more of it as well, I have not had much luck the last few days, I need to get in, 1 Boxwood, 2 Burning bushes and 2 Rhododendron's and have not had any luck, As soon as i get home to start digging its starts pouring and then also kills the grilling as well as the storms have been consistently between 4-7 pm the last few days
