CENTRAL WORCESTER COUNTY...

    

AT 435 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE

OF PRODUCING A TORNADO. THIS DANGEROUS STORM WAS LOCATED OVER EAST

BROOKFIELD...OR 12 MILES WEST OF WORCESTER...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 25

MPH.

CANCELED...

    

THE TORNADIC THUNDERSTORM WHICH PROMPTED THE WARNING HAS WEAKENED. 

THEREFORE THE WARNING HAS BEEN CANCELED.

That's going to be the theme for the rest of the day; better safe than sorry!

All storms appear to be weakening significantly now

Don't think the tor window closes for a few hours. Probably a few more warnings as these lift north. Almost looks like the cells are redeveloping and weakening for a little while here. Maybe cells are heading transitioning to something more linear? Best ll shear and helicity is still ne of the cells, that area coincides with plenty of instability too. Maybe by linear, some bow segments and straightline winds. Storms still have good amount of lightning coming out of them.
