Did a weak tor touch down in Wolcott? Ryan is retweeting stuff from people who say they saw something. I didn't see anything on radar that looked particularly impressive.

 

Yes... was a tornado. Very marginal rotation on radar but it was enough apparently.

* TORNADO WARNING FOR...

  CENTRAL CUMBERLAND COUNTY IN MAINE...

 

* UNTIL 530 PM EDT...

 

* AT 457 PM EDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A

  SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO OVER SEBAGO LAKE

  OR 7 MILES SOUTH OF NAPLES...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH. A         

  WATERSPOUT IS POSSIBLE WITH THIS STORM.

 

* OTHER LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO

  SEBAGO LAKE STATE PARK AND RAYMOND.

I  live  about 2 miles  from where it  was and it  was only very  heavy rain here  but I  do  have a  few  friends that  live in that  area  and they   said it  was  very  windy  and  got  cold  pretty   quick  as it  passed thru
