usedtobe
Iv'e got sun so I'm hoping that I'll end up getting a decent storm and rain for the garden. It's been dry over my house during the last couple of weeks. Somehow, storms have been skirting to my north or south.

high risk
the wind signal on radar over College Park was pretty excellent, but the while the winds here were impressive, they were probably sub-severe (although not by much). The rain and lightning, however, are pretty excellent.

Small branches were flying around in that one.

Jebman
http://radar.weather.gov/Conus/full.php The line currently moving through Virginia, see eastern Prince William County? Where I reside lol? I am in between two storms LMAO!! To be honest, I did get a brief LIGHT rain shower that did not even wet the pavement!!!!!!!!!! Throughout this entire event, from Sunday night through Wednesday morning. I received a whopping one sixty fourth of an inch of badly needed rainfall. I turned out to be correct - for Woodbridge. We got pretty much fringed for this ENTIRE event. I always knew that for this event, we would turn out mostly high and dry.

wxmeddler
I watched that entire tornado warning from a shopping complex on a hill. There was good vertical motion from sucking up from the shelf cloud and the shelf cloud did have a kink in it on the northern end, but no wall cloud or funnel. North Balti Zen
The focus on 95 and east was right, it looks like. From my office, all of the stuff has been that direction. A few showers downtown, but a few miles away it is very different.
