 It does not feel that warm and humid here and we have a strong south breeze but that doesn't seem to be slowing the  progress of the line. It will be in Frederick by 7:00 at this pace.

 

 

Edit:  Probably more like 6:30, my extrapolation skills suck.

As per LWX NWS Chat, Washington County is seeing a significant storm...multiple reports of trees down.  

I'm getting a rotation marker south of Hagerstown - looks fierce. 

Meanwhile new huge polygon with 70mph winds out for areas west of the metro area.

Areas from Warrenton and south don't look as good on radar for the time being. 

Also I'm getting a weird hail marker near Sperryville, VA but doesn't look like there's anything but a shower there. I'm impressed so far - looks like a lot of us will get into some good storms if this holds. Now to hope there isn't a last minute split.
