Wow: Eric Fisher @ericfisher 53s Per @Kaleyedoscope_i, as many as 4 separate waterspouts formed on Lake Winnipesaukee this evening. Wild NE wx these past 2 days! TalcottWx
Finally taking the bigger steps towards becoming extra-tropical and interacting with the s/w. dry air wrapped in, still a decent core. eye is looking poor now though. Heftiest winds will not be for a few hours for cape and islands.
TalcottWx
Looks to be as if a n/s band is trying to consolidate nw of the real heavy stuff. We'll see if it makes any progress.
powderfreak
Man this track in January would bring history. Gonna happen this winter. See February 2013.
TalcottWx
Might get in on the heavy heavies again if this band can back in. it'll stop nearby BOS before shuffling east...

TalcottWx
There you go, Blair. That was reminiscent of PF panicking in winter even though every single model shows him getting 30" of snow.

CT Rain
Saw a brief video of one of the waterspouts Pretty cool. I figured there would be one in RI or Buzzards Bay, not Winni Lol I have the windows open now Sort of a freak thing as that storm collapsed over the Lake. There were a couple waterspouts too apparently.

dan11295
At least ACK verified sustained TS winds with this. I am sure there have been more than a few times TS Warnings were put up which never verified. I remember Hermine (forget the year) where the end result on the cape was a partly cloudy day with wind gusts up to 20 mph. Given the SST's not surprising he is falling apart tropically. They are still rather chilly Especially above 40N.
