I'm from the East Bay Area.....I wasn't going to go into the micro climates but KCCR Td right now is 42....KSFO being right against the pacific tends to run higher for sure.....;)

I can vouch for that, where my grandma lived was like a desert just inland from the Bay

Curious..... Do you remember where that was? I grew up east of Oakland in this buffer zone between the bay and the desert like Central Valley.....it's a beautiful place that I am happy to have grown up in and living before moving to the northeast....another behtiful place I am happy to have lived in now for 10 yrs.....I was already a Sierra snow weenie so west hartford has rocked for sure....

Cool thanks.....I lived temporarily with my wife in Oakland right on lake merit.....great urban area outsidme of the more sketchy parts of town....I grew up westt of here about 20 miles......which can make a tremendous difference in sensible weather....hotter and dryer in the summer...tremendous fog in the winter

A couple things:

  • Lose one minute plus daily beginning tomorrow.
  • Have already lost 9 minutes of daylight
  • We will lose an additional 39 minutes of daylight by July 31 (24 days)

Tic-tock.

Meanwhile, a warm start to the day.
