AT 449 PM EDT...DOPPLER RADAR DETECTED A DEVELOPING LINE OF

THUNDERSTORMS. THESE THUNDERSTORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE

EXTENDING FROM 7 MILES WEST OF EMMITSBURG TO HUME...MOVING EAST AT

25 MPH.

LOCATIONS THAT LIKELY WILL BE IMPACTED INCLUDE ST. LOUIS...LINCOLN...

THURMONT...PURCELLVILLE...LEWISTOWN...HAMILTON...GRACEHAM...

CLIFTON...BETHEL AND PAEONIAN SPRINGS.

GUSTY WINDS OF 35 TO 45 MPH CAN BE EXPECTED.

HEAVY RAIN WITH THESE THUNDERSTORMS WILL REDUCE VISIBILITIES TO BELOW

ONE MILE AND CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON ROADWAYS.

ADDITIONAL RAINFALL UP TO ONE INCH CAN BE EXPECTED.
