The couplet seems to be on the north side of the storm (that's weird) --- * AT 817 PM CDT...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM CAPABLE OF PRODUCING A TORNADO WAS LOCATED NEAR ATCHISON...AND MOVING NORTHEAST AT 20 MPH.
