Some idiot kid on twitter tried to pass off the Farge 1957 tornado picture as the Indy tornado on twitter that he claimed he took today. What a joke.

idiot media actually asking if he took an obviously grainy, black and white photo you could reverse image search.

Don't know where you're seeing that..

Couldn't get pics of the radar here at work but BV had 98 to 112 kts 300 to 450 ft just north of Speedway for about 20 minutes.  Not saying it couldn't have been dirty but there were consistent +/- 50 to 90 kt returns in the broader circulation around where the tornado and funnel clouds were being reported so its not out of the question.  I normally am working on the SW side of Indy but was in Muncie today.  Figures ;)

Finally got my cable back. That storm around 6pm yesterday, i've never seen anything like that ever. Between wind/rain/hail it was a whiteout so to speak. Could not see anything. Winds had to be anywhere from 80-100mph. . So many trees down and 2 buildings had trees fall on them. It looked like a war zone here. Lost power for around 2 hours and like i said to start i just got all my cable services back. Wondered if maybe a tornado touched down but was likely a microburst.
