MN Transplant
Let's see how warm we get today, RAP is showing 97-98 for DC Looks like the RAP is having trouble. 100+ for a large area around Richmond? Not likely. We'll tack on a couple of degrees on top of yesterday, and then maybe a couple more tomorrow.
Bob Chill
Thu-Mon should be an active period. Not sure about any severe chances but appears that we could be lined up for numerous little disturbances w-nw upper level flow and a stalled boundary. Potential for organized complexes to track in from the West at times. Too far out for specifics but may at least be an interesting Tstorm period on tap. I'd much prefer to discuss that than how bad 95/75 feels.
AmericanWxFreak
Temp watch can be fun but I agree, let's talk storms. Speaking of, I hope you were able to catch a little of the action from last night. I was up until 1:45 watching the light show. Looks like a good portion of MD was added to the slight risk for today. mappy
Even I hit 90 yesterday, 81/70 now. Filled up the kiddos baby pool for her to play in after her morning nap while I work in the yard again
T. August
81 already. Hitting 90 today is almost a guarantee. Today will be the first 90 degree day this year for me. It was only 86 yesterday, while there were upper-80s all around. The Bay... good for summer, bad for winter. I held out long enough, I guess. Quite a few of the higher peaks in MT hold snow year round. There's a reason why 'going to the sun' road doesn't open til July some years. Short season up there. It's on my lower 48 bucket list to visit.
