Isopycnic
Nice day here, feels dry with the lower humidity. Especially after the high humidity yesterday. Felt like the Waycross swamps yesterday.
Crapper Jim
Nice, healthy, spot of rain comin' through my hood. Small cell. Maybe east of Mack.... hit me spot on! .2" of rain, perhaps, in 20 minutes. Very nice. Sun's full blast again.

If we don't pour here, then nothing will make it pour. Currently 91 and cloudy. High was 97 today.
gtg947h
Things just got really really dark with the warned storm heading into Savannah... power has flickered, lots of wind, very heavy rain. Can barely see the house across the street now.

metalicwx366
1.51 from the complex. Clearly the 60% chance today is to high because the skies need to heal from last night.

SharonA
About to get hit with some heavy stuff here in Dickson, Tennessee, where I'm helping relatives who were flooded out of the apartment in the last round of severe wx. It has been humid and warm to hot all day. Now it feels like someone holding a warm wet sponge on us. No nice blast of cooling outflow this time. metalicwx366
Let's keep this an obs thread and cut the crap! 83 and muggy Lol. Jealous because I received all that rainfall? 82 and clear. Solak
Got up to 86 here today, but with the low humidity/DP, the heat index stayed below the actual temperature all afternoon. Actually was rather comfortable, especially in the shade.

The few storms that form to my NW almost daily, seem to anchor there or drop due S or dissipate! I can't get a drop! Made it to 92 and dry today, again! mackerel_sky
Those storms in the N upstate want to merge and make a mega-storm, just need it to drop SE! Warm, muggy, and lightning in the distance!
oconeexman
We had multiple thunderstorms last night. Some of the wildest cloud to ground lightning I've seen in a while. Big rains.
Solak
Wondering if that complex of nothingness currently wrapped around Charlotte will generate something/anything later today as it slides (Northeast/East/Southeast, or another random direction)

sparklecity
2nd time in 12 hours storms have just gone poof when approaching mby. Approaching two weeks without meaningful rainfall. Meanwhile the western upstate and east of Rock Hill are raking it in.
metalicwx366
0.77 is the total from the 3 storms today. 2.39 for the month. Lame compared to last year.
calculus1
I am so thankful for finally cashing in on some much needed rainfall. A very nice thunderstorm with heavy rain (0.77 inch) just rolled over MBY. That's the first meaningful rainfall in over two weeks here. That storm has now gotten a STW from GSP as it rolls toward Lincolnton.
