HIPPYVALLEY
N Franklin Co. had some heavy rains but thunder and lightning (outside of a few decent claps) did not impress. Winds were almost non-existent. Just under 1" so far today. Line in E. NY looks to be weakening so maybe FFW cancel out here. Can't complain b/c we've had a few ripping t-storms this year (as we do every year) but none the less some wasted potential out here the past 2 days. ROOSTA
A mosquito could fart and the rains would commence. Strange seeing the skies light-up from the SW, usually it's from the W or NW. Inbound looks electric and wet.

The models were an absolute soaking overnight no matter what the verbatim solutions were. By 12z they were giving a dumping of rain in some shape or form.
