moneypitmike
I like the 10-mile wide swath through Albany that's NOT warned. Dollars to donuts, that's the swath that crosses the Pit. 73.9/
moneypitmike
LOL at the warned area of the Garden State.

moneypitmike
Yup. Same here. Either way, the section of the line that's entering sne seems to be weakening. As expected. It should continue to do so as it hits the Berks. Garden variety showers with rumbles and flashes en route.
powderfreak
LOL at the warned area of the Garden State. Vermont is also 75% warned... there's been some massively warned areas today, though the severe reports don't seem overly impressive. Though several decent gusts at observing stations, from the 66mph at Fort Drum, NY to 59mph at PHL.
JJBASHB
Here are some pictures of the storm as it impacted Ashburnham/Gardner and the resulting damage on Corey Hill Rd. All of the tree damage appeared to be divergent, downed generally northwest to southeast. Definitely straight line wind damage. You can't see it from the picture but the white house was hit and still had a large oak tree resting on its roof.

weatherwiz
Confirmed tornado? Nothing yet I don't think. The BGM facebook page said that multiple survey teams would be sent out tomorrow to decipher the cause of the damage in the impacted areas. powderfreak
Lots of social media posts about the storm in Burlington...damage and lots of power outage posts from people instantly bored without power. Nothing interesting out this way. Good light show, but just rain. No wind.

HIPPYVALLEY
Great pics! Looks like a rumble or two around 2-3am. being so far east. Timing is terrible. That's what I'm expecting here in about an hour. Enough for the dog to start whining and pacing to wake me up but nothing real exciting. This line is going to have it's energy eaten up in the higher hills to the W so it may be pedestrian at best by the time it hits the E Slope and the Valley. Late afternoon arrival would have been a different story me thinks.
wxmanmitch
Nothing more than a few splats of rain, some breezes, and sheet lightning here. Even though the worst of it appears to be north of PSF, the line is weakening as it crosses the Berkshires. A great big "meh".
weatherwiz
Timing was just not ideal for a more widespread event across SNE...oh well

Professional Lurker
I see the moon, but hazy flickers to my West. Looks like I've got the only warning in mass east of the berks. Not going to verify, though. The worst of it is heading into vt. Oh well.
