Note -- as the month begins on a Sunday, I will reduce late penalties through Sunday and early Monday to half the usual rate, so it's 1% every 2 hours for the first 30 hours from 06z June 1 to 12z June 2, after which we move back to 1% per hour for 30 hours to 18z June 3, and catch up to the usual pace by going 5% every 4 hours beyond that (another 44 hours). This gets us to an absolute deadline (100% time penalty) by 14z June 5th, more or less the same time we usually reach the absolute deadline (10z 5th).
