...A TORNADO WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 615 PM EDT FOR
SOUTHWESTERN MADISON...EASTERN GREENE AND SOUTHERN CLARK COUNTIES...

AT 555 PM EDT...THE PUBLIC REPORTED A TORNADO SOUTH OF CEDARVILLE.
RADAR INDICATED THAT THE TORNADO PRODUCING STORM WAS LOCATED NEAR
CEDARVILLE...MOVING NORTHEAST AT 35 MPH.

DUAL-POL RADAR DETECTED A TORNADIC DEBRIS SIGNATURE WITH THIS STORM.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
SOUTH CHARLESTON.

I tried to post this earlier, but was having computer problems. Here's a hand analysis that IWX posted on their Facebook page. Lines up pretty well with the tornado reports so far.

 

I think their concern is for their eastern CWA later tonight (east of I 69).

I'd say so.  Prior to that, there had only been four 4.25" or larger hail reports in Ohio in the period from 1950-2013, and they're all from the last 15 years.  Probably some events that went unreported but still impressive.

Just curious,would the outflow boundaries  from those storms just across the border in PA serve to enhance any rotation in that line that has the warnings in Ohio, or just muck it up.  On the radar you can see the outflow pushing NW into the southwesterly flow.
