I don't ever complain, but can someone explain to me just how the heck this doesn't have a TW? Especially with the TOG reports?

guys and gals, wondering something here. are my eyes deceiving me here? or is this storm heading for York NE going to jump its vortex again, like it did down near Glenvil and Clay Center? if that's the case, should we be watching for Lushton, or for Fairmont and Cool Junction as the Grafton vortex looks like it's spinning up as the one near Sutton struggles to keep going (at least on radar)?

For what it's worth-  16.7 degree base reflectivity and ZDR.  Looks like an S-echo!

What causes that? I think I've only seen that once or twice before, wow.

Radar indicated in the warning, I guess they're not paying attention to SN.

I don't get the part of no TOR warning when spotters have a confirmed tornado on the ground...that is crazy. Should have had a warning long before it did.
