Wxnyc Posted May 11, 2014 Share Posted May 11, 2014 Interesting day in Bensonhurst Brooklyn, temps hit 81f , then we had a big thunderstorm around 3pm which dropped .73 inch in 20 minutes. Despite cooler 850mb temps, W/NW winds and dews upper 30s to lower 40s today, are causing temps to rise into lower to middle 70s already. JFK might see 80.
