Treckasec
After we got edged by a storm, the temperature dropped significantly. It's 77 degrees now.
BBasile
Just had a bolt out of the blue. Pretty crazy. Sunny with a storm to the east. Strike was bright enough to light up everything, even in broad daylight.

Treckasec
Seems like NJ stole all the storms away. The storms we had haven't been too interesting, or at least for me. Don't worry.
Sophisticated Skeptic
the line to the south-west has every reason to strengthen and build northwards the next few hours. decent sun the last few hours in that gap. HRRR has been pretty crappy so far today.
The Iceman
Seems like NJ stole all the storms away. The front is in central PA still...

Treckasec
I'm starting to question if the storms are actually going to be worse than yesterdays. Well, I guess it's only nearly 4, I'm probably just impatient. Though, some interesting looking storms southwest that got a tornado warning earlier. Maxwell03
Mount Holly made an addendum to the PNS. Apparently the incident in Voorhees yesterday was also related to the same storm, 70-80 mph straight line winds.
KamuSnow
Based on the current radar, South Jersey and Delaware look to receive the brunt of that activity to the southwest. SE PA could get clipped, looks like we should get some rain at least from this batch.

hazwoper
This is similar setup to yesterday. Those storms once north of DC seem to have more of a northerly component and I am guessing will continue to push north out of SNJ into extreme SEPA....just based on current radar loop. Bout to role out of Pennsauken for my ride to PA before I get nailed.

SouthernNJ
So far, the most likely severe storms I have looked at appear to be the one that when from Ewing NJ up to Hunterdon/Somerset county...and the one currently moving through Tabernacle with damaging winds. Treckasec
So far, the most likely severe storms I have looked at appear to be the one that when from Ewing NJ up to Hunterdon/Somerset county...and the one currently moving through Tabernacle with damaging winds. Speaking of the storm that just moved through Tabernacle, the rain started moving sideways and we ended up getting crazy hail. The biggest ( and only hail ) I've seen before that was some pea sized hail or so a long time ago. We just got probably 1/2 an inch sized hail. It was like a tornado moved through, but I'm pretty sure in reality it wasn't. Heh, still a bit excited over what happened. Nevermind, the hail was an inch big. BBasile
Some people definitely got it good. A bit jealous. lol. I measured a max wind gust of 18 mph and I'm up to 0.35" of rain on the day. Almost unbelievable given the storms that were heading my way earlier.
SP
Allaire still getting pounded. Last one had loads of ctg. this one rain and wind with some ctg.
KamuSnow
Been pretty quiet here overall. Did pick up another 0.15" in a steady rain for an hour or so, which gets us up to almost an inch for the week. Not very dramatic, but the rain is good. Very still outside now, radar looks like we may get another round shortly.

Treckasec
The magnitude of redevelopment currently to the west is surprising Looks like some more flooding. :/ About 1.4 inches here just today. 1.4 inches plus 0.55 inches yesterday makes too much rain, I mean nearly 2 inches ( 1.95 ). :c
BBasile
Came close to getting some heavy rain today. At 0.88 inches on the day right now. Can't really complain about that, though. It was needed.

KamuSnow
radar has been depicting "The Dome" over the region east of lansdale most of the evening/night! Sounds like most of us who've been somewhat rain deprived over the last few weeks did pick up an inch (more or less) over the last couple of days, which is welcome. At least we can go into the next few days of beautiful dry weather with that.
