Once this complex of storms eventually dissipates overnight into tomorrow morning, it's going to leave a ton of OFBs over Eastern MS, Alabama, and western Georgia.  If the atmosphere has a chance to fully destabilize by 1 or 2 PM tomorrow, it's going to be another rough day, further to the east, but man, tomorrow is looking rough as well.

Yeah, the circulation west of downtown Birmingham looks like it's tightening up quite a bit.  James Spann is streaming live on ABC 33/40 FYI.

it may go north of downtown over the lesser populated suburbs its the one after that I'm worried about it may it downtown or the bigger southern suburbs

Looks like it.  Sorry have just gotten home from being out all evening so I haven't had time to catch up on this thread........has anyone on here chimed in on tomorrow's threat area yet?  I see SPC has the moderate risk area even backed up a little from where the main threat has been the last several hours.  Is the thinking still the same or has the system sped up a little?

The surface winds haved backed to the SE (all the way to 140 deg in KBHM) in reponse to the secondary low, the low-level jet ramped up, and the 0-1 km helicity has exploded.  The embedded supercells have dramatically improved their reflectivity presentation and strengthened their rotation over the past half hour as a result.  This is a very dangerous few hours ahead.
