There's multiple reports of a large multivortex tornado on the Hamilton storm, from spotters, and PD. Don't know why it says radar indicated. Every TE today has been because of a large tornado.

 

I suspect the radar-indicated was a typo/paste error of some sort.

I lost Radarscope warnings with WDT, so it's not just an Allison House outage.

 

Also, Utica looks like it's got a strong signature forming. Local news in that area saying that NWS is about to issue a tornado warning (meteorologist said this).

 

Edit: JanetJanet's post two up has the warning for Utica.
