Gorky
It looked like I could see beneath the entire base on one stream with no obvious funnel, but it the structure looked like tornadogenesis was imminent if not already complete

Most stations don't have any and in the South they don't really do it, if ever.

I don't think anyone in this area is experienced with copter chasing. Sounds like a good way to get a pilot killed.

OUGrad05
That storm to the west of Canton MS seems to really be getting its act together (sorry if I'm behind, radar scope seems to be a bit slow today). Structure is improving with each scan and while velocity scan's aren't overly impressive the storm seems to be rapidly strengthening and improving in structure. Derecho!
Anything from Yazoo City? Almost all of Yazoo City is actually N of its location dot, and the couplet seemed to pass S of the dot, so it may have gone a bit south of the 2010 tornado and missed more of the city. PSUBlizzicane2007
With all these trees, ground tracking in this part of the country is nearly impossible. Need the news stations to get the copters up. Unfortunately, MS isn't as used to this type of weather like OK and other plains states. I wish more stations would be having live coverage. I'm watching WLBT right now, and all they really have out in the field is a jerky, pixelated camera on the road.
