The last time there was measurable snow so late in April was 2001, when 0.2" fell on April 16. The last time there was at least 1" of snow so late in April was 1961, when 2.7" fell from April 15-17. Rochester is @ 33F with unknown precip...nws has them 1 to 3 and us under an inch... should be covered in the morning. Bluffs will probably get even more.
