Saw my first tulip in bloom this morning on Conn Ave NW.

Looks like tomorrow morning will likely be Dulles' last freeze if they hit it...4k NAM and Euro has them dipping below 32 as a low. MOS is 34.

Add another sign winter is over...I turned our outside water faucets on today.

Dulles has hit 32 this morning.

The NAM was wrong. The GFS showed us receiving well under an inch for the past few days. Tomorrow doesn't even look that bad now. Probably sun breaking out with a decent afternoon. 

Wasn't this supposed to be an all-day washout?  Not even 0.20" yet.
