gakmsg Posted March 31, 2014 Share Posted March 31, 2014 I just got back from a 4 day hockey tournament in Lake Placid and it snowed every day while we wer there. Woke up this morning to 4" of heavy wet snow to cap it off. Beautiful place. They still had a ton of snow cover and able to play pond hockey. Advantage of 1850' in altitude. CanAm? Although there was a good 1/4" around snow piles and shaded areas that still have some frost in the ground, will show a TR on 3/31 - not bad. Can we squeeze out one more? There was also some precip coming down as I left for work......seemed like a mixture of everything. The car had a good hard coating of ice and snow to be cleared off.
