Geos
Anybody see the 6z GFS? Sig snowstorm on the 18th-19th lol I'd have a hard time believing that on April 1st, let alone the 19th! GFS has had plenty of fantasy storms in the last 3 weeks. http://www.instantweathermaps.com/GFS-php/showmap-conussfc.php?run=2014041306&time=PER&var=ASNOWI&hour=150 --- Interesting that the temp resurged after midnight to 65°. 6th day above normal streak comes to end though. Powerball
KYIP could hit 80 today. Already 74. The cloud debris/stratocumulus will make that a mighty difficult achievement though (unless it mixes out) More than likely, most places should level off in the mid 70s. Geos
About 47° here now with a little fog. Denser fog a mile or so east closer to the lake though. Be able to get some more things done outside, since it's staying drier longer than expected.

OSNW3
Yesterday was a wash out. 3.64" in 24 hours. That is good for the 12th spot all-time in Oshkosh history for daily precipitation. Also, I created a timelapse of the time frame. http://www.theplayerstour.net/downloads/flood-0412.gif
OSNW3
With the system came southeast winds though. Pretty good ice shoves on the western shores of Lake Winnebago here in Oshkosh. The entire set is on the WWW as well. https://plus.google.com/photos/103810352078766309518/albums/6001818827118481521

OSNW3
76°/55° here. Feels like an early summer day! Amazing that Milwaukee is 30° cooler than here right now. 12z EURO showing a lot of rain in the next 72 hours over the same areas that have been hit today. EURO_12z_rain_041214.jpg Edit: 77°, still moving up. Awesome. Only made it to the mid 40s here yesterday. Astonishing cut off of temps in WI. Geos
Awesome. Only made it to the mid 40s here yesterday. Astonishing cut off of temps in WI. Amazing picture above! Never seen anything like that around here. Yeah it felt like an early summer day for about 6 hours. Looks like the heaviest rainfall corridor is setting up a bit west of most guidance. daddylonglegs
How much snow is expected? Is it still in the cards? half inch maybe...not much. Late tonite. Wind is suppose to come way up (gusts to 30). My brothers were just fishing on the Fox River (de pere) for a few days. Amazing walleye fishing..best they've ever had. Today honestly sucks (weather), but we needed some rain, now we are getting it.
cyclone77
0.47" for the event so far. Areas just north and west getting pounded. For several days it looked like we'd get 2-3" from the event, but now it's looking more like 1-1.5".
