I don't see above to well above temperatures with the pattern were in right now. I think the earliest would be late month, but there's a lot of cold up north that has to be scoured out and the near shore waters have a lot of warming up to do. Whenever in the spring you see low heights NE of us it means that cold, maritime air is right around the corner and backdoor fronts are a threat.
