Jebman
I got another half inch from the latest band I am going to really miss this winter. I cant believe I got 17 inches in March. That's nearly normal seasonal climo for the entire winter!
mattie g
WSW for SussexCounty now. Just a great winter Looks like you guys are getting crushed. I just had a peak at the Cape May-Lewes Ferry webcam and it's ripping. Perfect timing for you.
WxMan1
I think you just missed out on the heavy snow there dude, Its snowing 2 inches per hour in central Delaware, roads covered, and there is zero elevation to speak of. Yep. The best rates arrived later in the AM (compared to areas west) to amount to anything accumulation-wise and apparently we missed out on the best bands after 6 pm. Still, not gonna complain, given how well we did on the 17th and considering how awesome this winter has been..

Still, not gonna complain, given how well we did on the 17th and considering how awesome this winter has been.. Yeah hard to complain. I am literally a few miles NW of that heavy snow area. I might end up with a bit over an inch here, but man is it impressive less than 10 mins from here.
Scraff
your elevation did it I have 1/2", if that, and you're probably 6 miles as the crow flies but probably 250' higher congrats It really has proven true for me this winter. Just being a little west of 95 really works that elevation factor as you said. Kind of wish we had 1 more in the pipeline to keep testing that factor. And yeah--wife would kill me for even saying that. ;-)
snowdude
Almost 3.0" in Salisbury, still snwoing moderately. Here's a look at Ocean City! Live look at their cam... http://www.beachcamsusa.com/md/ocean-city/ocean-gallery-boardwalk-cam

dallen7908
0.1" is generous except in wooded areas ... and yes the accumulation occurred just after dark. Bowie was just east of the morning band that dropped ~1 inch in College Park and perhaps a half inch in Greenbelt.

Sparky
My final was 2.5". A nice comeback after a late morning start that struggled after noon to accumulate despite temps under 32.
clskinsfan
Was working in the Gaithersburg area this evening. Amazing how much more snow fell east with this one. I ended up with an inch. Where I was in Gaithersburg had close to 3 inches. Fitting end to an incredible winter. Now bring on the 70's.

cae
An elevated hard surface, not ground or grass, would be best. It's actually pretty simple...use the highest total you can find that isn't on grass....and that isn't some sort of artificial drift of course.. Thanks. I ended up with about 1.9". gymengineer
ABC7 showing a crash video due to ice right in front of my building, hence all the sirens. snowfan
All the little ones need are a few flakes and they're happy. No way to be disappointed in a dusting when you see that look on their faces. End sappy post. Been an awesome winter.
Fozz
Thanks. I ended up with about 1.9". Same here, measured on my diving board which usually works really well.
WEATHER53
Really could not stay on top of this one, have not measured since 1pm but as of 11pm have 2.75" on snowboard and 2-2.25" on shaded grassy, 1.5 on in sun grassy, 0.5-1" on shaded impervious and 0 on sunny impervious. Would estimate that my true accumulation was in range of 3.5" and possibly 4.
