Absolutely dumping again 13 new 0320140806.jpg

Awesome storm there.

It turned out the snowier ideas panned out...though even moreso than initially thought. Nice little finale there. Should be mostly leftover flurries after that last batch.

Reported 13.0" and 1.16" LE to cocorahs thru 7 AM, about 0.2" more by 7:30 with precip going over to light IP, still upper 20s. Huge snowbanks (and the plows have only made 1st passes, more bank-building to come) and snowstake at 46". Nice surprise!

Your making up for earlier loss ground...................lol

Plymouth State total was 11", right around what I thought. Snow depth was down to 16" though, so right around 25" now with some compaction. Not bad for the first day of spring, although 46" is insane!

Ended up being the biggest storm of the year, behind 10" on both 12/15 and 2/13. 8th event with 6+ on the season!

As cold as this winter has been, and continues to be overall, it's sort of a gut punch to get rain out of these last two systems. I feel like this is usually the time of year when we don't taint as much due to the SSTs being at their lowest, but we keep finding a way to warm -- not enough to actually be nice, but enough for cold rains.
