Believe it or not this MAY have some legs. Scooter's boss sure thinks so WSI Energy Weather @WSI_Energy 2h #Boston hasn't seen a significant snow storm in nearly a month. That could change next week. Any pattern support that this could be a DC, Philly and maybe NYC snowstorm and miss New England still ? Can this be a NYC to Boston deal with any slight change in the pattern ?
