Ian
Haha, I brought the good luck from CT . Seriously though, you guys deserve it after the horror of the last few years. Wall to wall winter with cold and not just stuff to track, but stuff that produces. I was going to post a poll asking everyone to grade this winter but if people aren't giving this one at least a B+ I don't even know... I'm still going NW for next winter, but it is good to know that DC can be a snow town. Ha, like a week after I moved here from CT we got the Feb 2006 storm. I thought I was good luck briefly too.. then reality set in.

CAPE
7" here. 26 and still moderate snow falling. I need 8 to get me solidly over 40" and looking at radar, eh its not likely. So this storm is a Fail. Seriously a great event and esp for areas south of BWI. The RAP and HRRR did a really decent job on placement of heavier snow and timing. Jebman
I did my neighbor's and my walk. We got 2 more inches of snow while I was out there. I had to reshovel much of my work lol. 23 degrees with snow, very nearly 8 inches but with a TON of compaction I am absolutely SHOCKED at this mid March storm. I NEVER, EVER expected THIS MUCH SNOW in mid March. The luck of the Irish is serious, serious mojo.
