NCWX
9 inches here. And windy. My station is frozen up. But it is 25.6 outside. Gonna go do the driveway again then go to bed. I did it at 8 and there is 4 inches already. Figure make it easier tomorrow morning. It's light and fluffy enough I am using a push broom. Should take me an hour to do the whole thing. dailylurker
Ha! Well, my feeling is we'll be in the God-awful 90s with 70 dew points or more soon enough, so I have no problem with delaying that as long as possible! Amen brother! Cold and snowing like a January night. There's a OBS for you guys lol. Beer is sitting in 5" of white gold.

StudentOfClimatology
Looks possible, if not likely, that portions of the DC metro will hit 8-10". Radar filling in to the SW. Looks like we have another 5hrs or so. 2nd best storm of the year, IMO. Feb 13th will almost certainly retain the crown of 2013-14 IMBY..

weatherCCB
28/26 closing in on 7". Wind is gusting. Very light steady snow last 20 min. Picking back up now. Banding to the south looks legit. If it's anything like the last one, 9"-10" is in reach. As I finish typing it is poring snow again. Really amazing storm. Over performer for sure. Fozz
My outdoor lights keep switching on and off (by motion sensor) but I'm just sitting in the sunroom and it's been a great 2 hours. Looks like well over an inch outside though I haven't gone out.

Swiscaster
5.5" here in Centreville. Going to bed (and not setting alarm).
MillvilleWx
1.5" here and the best rates of the night. We might be able to sneak 3-4" after all huh? It wasn't looking good earlier, but watching WV satellite and radar trajectory with moisture transport made me less skeptical, although I was leaning toward getting very little. Tune has changed thanks to banding that rotated up from Rockville/AA county area. Bob Chill working his magic down there lol

MillvilleWx
ok I know where that is and I can see you getting a little more there than I do here, that band just like fell apart as it got here, my luck all winter Yeah, that stinks when it happens. But hey, snow in March is nothing to sneeze at. I've been a snow magnet all winter. I've already been banished from places that are sick of the stuff
hosj III
That would really be pushing it... prob not I thought I would have two inches by 1AM. I don't think another 5 inches is impossible judging by radar.

MillvilleWx
Ok, I definitely have SN+ now in Carney. Moderate to heavy rates should continue for next couple hours minimum here with the way the banding and precip field is oriented
