Wow, channel 4 live in Tysons and it is pouring snow there.

I live at 221' elev. in Tysons (yes, by design) and I just took a walk and it was absolutely dumping. I just drove back from Stowe, Vt today, where it has snowed almost 40" this past week-- skiing there the last 4 days. I must have brought the snow with me.

Pic from Tysons:

Turns out a tree was giving my measuring spot this evening the middle finger, walked about 1/4 down the road to a park with a wide open NE fetch. I got 4.25" in multiple places! 1.25" on the roads.

tl;dr.. 4.25" and awesomeness!

Yea there were definitely some hidden places with 5" where I'm at. I was surprised. Wisconsin ave is snow covered.

About 5.25" Even Wisconsin Ave is getting slick now. It's getting that shutdown feeling outside.

I just checked OPM website, and it says on-time for 17 March. Does that mean they made the decision, or does it just default to that once the clock strikes midnight?
