At least it's being used to dump snow on Burlington, VT as it is lifted up, cooled and condensed. Look at it that way!!

 

Don't bother me one bit.  I'm enjoying these mild days.

Not quite sure how much precip makes it this way.  Will have to wait till later on this afternoon and overnight.

ORh should jump soon as soon as that sun gets up there.

 

 

It actually looks like you are getting warm sectored. I wasn't paying that close attention to the details since we're mostly rain anyway, but the warm sector gets up into your area for a time this afternoon...it even might make it to the pike.

Honestly if I could lock this down right now I would. Our forecast wouldn't be awful in the end. We'd take the hit on the coastal counties, but nice verification inland. But I have a feeling the HRRR might be too aggressive on the southern edge of that heavy snow.

Well that wasn't in any forecasts..but at this point all is lost anyway. Somehow with a low tracking out south of us over N NJ and over LI we still get warm sectored.
