My wife just commented driving home that it looks like it did before the melt.

Several of my snow piles are actually bigger (I am starting to run out of room in some area) :rambo:

I have a couple that are getting about the same size as mid february. One is in the shade, so I'm looking forward to seeing how long it can last.

Nice storm, but its interesting that there was a band of 7-9" in the far northern burbs and near the OH border, but 5-7" in between. Cant win em all. I had 6.8" which puts me at 92.6" for the season. DTW picked up 6.6" to put them at 90.7" and just 3" shy of the all-time record. The newly sculpted drifts today are quite pretty, and I took some pics with my new camera which I will post later on. This is my 6th storm of 6"+ this winter. I have run out of ways to describe this winter, honestly!

The NAM which everyone LOLed at did show 2 bands as we got closer to the event, it just was so overblown with QPF that people ignored it. It actually had the right idea just went too nuts with it. Same with SREF, it had the placement of that northern band pretty correct, they were just too juiced up. Right idea just too much spice.

Looks like 6-9" are pretty common numbers in the GTA per twitter/this board/crapuwx. Slightly quicker exit speed meant the double digit SREF like amounts were out of reach.

Yeah the exit was quicker there which surprised me.

The NAM and SREFs had the track and actually were not too bad less those weenie runs.

Calling it 8 here. Some of the drifts in areas between buildings and the plowed mountain high piles is around 6 feet deep. never ever thought i would see what i do outside right now let alone in almost the middle of March. Stuff probably wont melt off till May.. At the edge of the parking lot at work where the plowed snow goes to the piles were down to about 3-4 feet before the storm and are now back up close to 8 feet. Boss who does plowing service for Post cereal swears 10 fell but he always exaggerates. lol

I refuse! Lol will shovel until i can't move. I love it.

In that case, you're more than welcome to come shovel my drive! I have a small blower, an electric I picked from the roadside a couple years ago. It's still a workout but not as bad as shoveling, which I'm not supposed to be doing because of health reasons. Sometimes, there's just no choice in the matter.

Anyways... got the mess cleaned up. My best estimate is a bit over 7" here. The barest spot had around 4" and a couple spots had drifts 18 inches, with 12" drifts everywhere.

Ended up with just under 6" total snow while areas just 10 miles northeast me came in with almost 8".  Typical March system to see amounts vary so much over small distances given the convective component and banding.

Congrats. I actually did a little better than Warsaw for once, cashing in at 6.7" which, ironically, was exactly the same as FWA.
