GD0815
Probably a snowballs chance in March of that happening. Would be surprised if the island saw any precipitation at all. Uptown I think is erring on the side of caution. I think there will be some light snow, especially towards the south shore. No real accumulations, but I will be surprised if there is absolutely no precip.
sferic
Sharp cutoff I see, South of Southern State T- 1 Maybe 2 inches on the beaches. North of Southern State to the north shore T to an inch. Those "miles" what are they 10 or 12 from the southern most part OF LI to the Northern most part will make a difference.
jm1220
I'm thinking a coating to an inch for most people. Maybe locally I can get an inch and a half or so. I can see it inching north ever so slightly but we're out of time for any real trends here. North of the city should only have some flurries. SnoSki14
March 1980 We still got a lot more snow in March 1980 than this March. If we get no more snow this month, then this March will be extremely anomalous with the well below temperatures and very little snowfall. Of course a lot can change these next couple weeks so we'll revisit this by the end of the month.
