ORH_wxman
Navgem is sheared out with lead system. Clips only extreme southern areas. Follow-up system is S. I can't say that's a terrible thing right now...it was still trying to give us a snowstorm 2 days ago. This is somewhat encouraging, still some decent spread though. ORH_wxman
This looks like it might be another damned cold storm if it happens. The cold sectors of these storms thus far haven't been paste bombs for sure...they've been like January snowstorms.
dendrite
Closer. More amplified trough and less push from the PV.
RUNNAWAYICEBERG
Do they do verification scores for each gefs member? I swear i see the same individual members in the 4/5 day range show solutions that eventually dont verify.
ORH_wxman
Definitely an improvement...still no dice for us though verbatim, but there's still plenty of time as this last storm just showed us. Still would like to see the energy eject a bit more organized. A bit too much burying in the SW going on there, but compared to 00z, certainly about all you can ask for at this stage. ORH_wxman
Will fantasy land Euro pulls a mega post frontal save for your weekend dropping 3-6 at the River, teens all next weekend That 3/19-20 system is going to be heavily dependent on how 3/17 goes...a fuller phase on 3/17 is going to make 3/19 more of a snow event and less likely to swing up into the lakes. ORH_wxman
Euro ens look pretty ugly for 3/19...hopefully that one stays further south. But I'm sure a lot will depend on how 3/17 plays out.
