Chicago Storm
This looking like one of these fun (sarcasm) less-than-10:1 ratio snows?Correct. Very March-like.Pretty much all of the precip falls overnight, between 0-12z...So that might help a bit.
snowstormcanuck
12z RGEM with a 993 just NE of CVG at 48. If anything, a bit slower/deeper than the NAM.

Radioman
watch the euro take the low through west virginia Looking at colored maps, RGEM is about .5-.6 qpf for chi-town. RGEM/NAM/SREF all came NW this run. You should be golden.
LizardMafia
T-6" seems like a good range for here, at the moment. Going to come down to when we flip, and how much precip is left. Always leery of these situations. But there have been some past good results...and some bad results. Hopefully this is a good one. So done with snow this year! Powerball
So pending the rest of the 12z runs, it's now hi-res/short range models vs. the low-res/global models. We've seen this plenty of times before...

We've seen this plenty of times before... 6z GFS did shift north, and so did the 0z EURO, albeit slightly. I'm fairly confident the 12z globals don't blue ball us. A-L-E-K
one thing I do like about the NAM-like scenarios is omega/lift really blossoms right overhead...would see massive aggregate parachutes if that is the case
