I think it's time to start conceding ... 

 

that way, you can only be pleasantly surprised when you've set your expectations ...pretty much at 0 given the last 24 hours of trends.  good grief.   

 

I feel your pain.  

 

Here's my problem ... my pendulum has swung the other way and want summer.  Now, looking ahead, this system banging but to the SNE crew is not like a sign of the time of change.  It's just a miserable rain event before pattern reload for more winter (maybe) in the extend (as discussed yesterday).

 

Heh, well -- what can we do.  I'm wondering if flood is an issue in all seriousness.  

 

What pain? I'm not expecting much since I live near BOS. I'm speaking more for areas up north.

I meant that in the royal sense ... as in, whom ever it may apply. 

 

I don't think, for the record, that the Euro is going to be wrong inside of 70 hours in lieu of the NAM's apparently being programmed by people at NCEP that hate winter, just so they could watch SNE posters squirm.  Hahaha - can you imagine that?  that would be awesome -- if they deliberately like ran a trashed warm version, then came on her as trolls and start pokin' hornet nests.

and then they go, "just kidding" and run a colder version, to get everyone all in a sense of relief and glow... Mirth returns to the ambiance of the forum, and people start loving thy brethren anew... event eating some troll-crow because the elation can absorb it.

 

Only to have it turn out, the trashy warm run was actually the real one.  So the whole thing was just clever ruse to get an extra dose of schadenfreude.

Tip hitting the chronic early today.

 

Come on - you gotta think this stupid storm is funny.  For like a week we've been staring down pattern cues for not just storminess, but cold ...  now, just conveniently wrong.

Rain will be welcome here.  Clean up all the salt/sand on the roads and polish off what little snow is left.  It's about time C/NNE got a real snowstorm this season. 

 

 I agree.  All the big ski areas do well.  Much needed heading into spring season.

 

Per Euro it's a slop fest out here that will then freeze up.  Good times.
