The Euro is definitely a flash freeze solution for a chunk of SNE. The further south track keeps the steady precip falling as the temps crash.

Prob an inch, maybe 2 there....maybe 2-4/3-5 for NW MA into N ORH hills and Monads...maybe even a bit more for Monads and far NW MA.
