The 18z GFS is the pinnacle run for anyone south of the pike and especially SE mass. Though would Have to lean towards the Euro given its inside 4.5 days. But nice eye candy at least

I'm not sure the mean is north. The mean is similar but more wide in isobars due to the spread of solutions.

Who here dismissed them? They may have a fraction of less skill than 12z/00z for verification, but I'd assume that being 6hrs closer to verification is more important than that slightly lower score. IOW, the 114hr 18z is more skillful than the 120hr 12z.

18z gfs would be the defining moment of the winter for southeast ma folks. Some room to play here.

Even a euro solution would provide a pretty significant back end thump.
