BlizzardNole
Mod snow and 34 degrees, about an inch on grass, deck and table, starting to stick to streets. I have to say I'm stunned; this winter won't give up LOL. This would have been a whopper four weeks ago (avg temps were almost 10 degrees lower then). Ian
Matches guidance. We could get .5 - 1" of liquid in the next 6 hours if it sets up right. . that blob should drop right into us. maybe even after 4p. wxbug close by is 34.. we might do it. nj2va
As I drove south across the 14th st bridge, snow started to mix in with the rain/sleet as I passed the Pentagon. At home now and the parked cars getting a sleet crust accumulating on the lower windshields. Probably 60/30/10, sleet/rain/snow.

CAPE
May be time for Cape to issue an apology. Enjoy i am a little jealous. LOL. A brief period of heavy wet snow and some wind does not quite meet the criteria for a blizzard warning. I will say I am somewhat surprised its snowing and sticking. Bob Chill
I'm getting kind of excited. except for the needing to update the snowfall totals post. I'm getting kinda excited too. Everything is painting our area with .5+ liquid from now until 8-9pm. And radar is matching nicely with intensity. Could be a quick pummel for even us city/close burb folks.
