Low that is afflicting DCA/N VA with lots and lots of rain thru Sunday night will bring cold air down around the backside of the low and change rain to heavy heavy snow in the mountains. The deformation zone/trowal will pile on at least half a foot of white gold into Monday morning. DC and N VA will get to enjoy flood watches as plenty of rain continues thru Sunday probably into Sunday evening. Damn it I sunk 4 inches into the muddy quagmire that is my north lawn.
