looks warm but NAM Is notorious for having warm profiles. big thing here is it is north of 18z, nice start to the 0z suite

Were gonna drive ourselves nuts going run by run lol.. There's 3 players In this storm so to think any model will get it right past 24 hrs from event is nuts... I think we will see the north south fluctuation until tomorrow nights 00z just my opinion tho

Moderate snow just to the west of NYC at 48 hours with light snow continuing.

Is that snow or rain? Looks too warm to be snow. The orientation of the precip and 2nd wave snow has changed big time. It was a swatch of snow sliding almost due E/ENE...now it appears to sag south and just move on quickly

True depicted as rain, based on the 850 mb 0 degree isotherm. I was looking at the 48 hour sounding that shows snow.
