Question on My Content

Just noticed that in the content area, when listing my posts, it only goes to Feb 18th, 2014, i.e., the last several days worth of posts are not available.  Any way to address this? 

 

While I'm at it, I also noticed that there's a notation that content only goes back about 1 year - is there a way to access posts older than a year? 

 

Lastly, I have tried to figure out a way to change the post time stamps, but to no avail, i.e., when I read anyone's posts within the last 60 minutes, it will be stamped, "48 minutes ago" which is quite annoying, since I have no clue if that's been refreshed or not and I simply don't understand why I can't have it post the time posted instead, like it does outside of the last hour.  I think I asked about this over a year ago and didn't get any help. 

 

Any help on these would be appreciated.
