Juliancolton
Heights seem a bit lower over the northern tier of the country, which may be disappointing for me but I won't speculate. My maps have stopped coming in for some reason so I'll defer to Yanks.

nyblizz44
Euro is a huge hit guys. Just huge. Judging by number of 6 hr intervals at sn+ educated guess we are looking at 1.50 QPF all snow per Euro?!

SnoSki14
When you have the gfs and Euro agree for a storm 3 days out then that's pretty good.

IsentropicLift
If only we could get a true complete phase as the system is moving offshore the would have really blown up over us. I agree with this being portrayed as a weaker version of PDII.

SnoSki14
The phasing once offshore is still possible at 3 or 4 days out, it could turn a nice storm into a truly memorable one.

I agree with this being portrayed as a weaker version of PDII. if the complete phases occurs with cold air entrenches we r talking conveyer belt and we top 2.0 QPF and bOOM PD III ) 3 weeks removed) would be born . Will be interesting to see Nam in AM as we start to get in it range and higher definition of banding. Moreover as we work out finer details of ratio. 1.25 QPF at 15-1 would get us over our all time snow record In KNYC in 1 shot!
